In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), we would like to inform that our Board of Directors in its special meeting held on October 22, 2008 has set the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of the company on December 17, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at the Manila Golf and country Club, Inc., Harvard Road, Forbes Park, Makati City.  The Board also fixed November 7, 2008 as the record date for stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.  The company's stock and transfer books will be closed.
